Tuesday 5.45pm – Beginners/Intermediate

Join us for a 45min full body Pilates workout that will challenge your balance, posture and core strength.

If you’re a beginner this mat class will take you through the principles of Pilates with a strong focus on slow controlled movements with lower repetitions. Don’t worry though, we will still work your body from top to bottom. Your instructors will take you through each exercise to ensure you are doing them safely and correctly. We are dedicated to making sure you get the full benefits of your workout so that you can start seeing results sooner.

If you’re a bit more advanced, we will challenge you through the use of resistance bands, Pilates Ring and our amazing Pilates Ball!

This fun, low impact class is suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced.

Please advise us prior if you have any injuries or pain so that we can cater for you.

Wednesday 6pm – Beginner/Intermediate

Whether you’re new to Pilates or maybe you’ve tried it before – then this class is for you. Join us for a fun, 45minutes full body Pilates intermediate mat workout.

In this class we will offer intermediate modifications to enhance your workout, while making sure you are doing the exercises safely to avoid pain or injury. Your instructors will take you through each exercise and modifications to ensure you are doing them safely and correctly. Take a step up and give it a go today. Book in to secure your spot now.

Saturdays 9am – Balance and Strength Pilates

Join us for a 45min Pilates Class that will focus on balance and posture with a strong focus on breath work.

Balance is important in so many aspects of life, and affects us all at different times. In our Balance and Strength class we will challenge your body and mind connection even more while moving through a range of balance exercises.

Please note: classes are for any age and ability – Whether you have injuries or niggles – we can cater for you. Our main goal is to get you breathing, and your body moving. Learn how to activate your core and isolate your muscles in ways you never thought were possible. We recommend starting with the beginners’ class for a min of 6 weeks before moving on to intermediate or advanced classes.
